[{"type":"text","content":"\n Regal Petroleum PLC\n18 June 2007\n\n\n\nImmediate Release 18 June 2007\n\n\n REGAL PETROLEUM PLC\n ('Regal' or the 'Company')\n\n Completion of Share Acquisition pursuant to\n Subscription and Services Agreement dated 8 September 2006\n\n\nFollowing the passing of the Ordinary Resolution at the Extraordinary General\nMeeting of the Company held on 25 May 2007, in relation to the proposed\namendments to the Subscription and Services Agreement between Alberry Limited,\nRegal Petroleum Corporation Limited ('RPC') and the Company, Regal announces\nthat it has completed the acquisition from Alberry Limited of 1,800 shares (the\n'Shares') in the capital of RPC. RPC is now a wholly owned subsidiary of Regal.\n\n\nIn consideration for the acquisition of the Shares referred to above, 13,910,623\nordinary shares of 5 pence each in the capital of the Company have been allotted\nand issued to Alberry Limited.
