Regal Petroleum PLC 28 October 2004 Immediate Release 28 October 2004 CORRECTION Regal Petroleum plc ('the Company') Director's Shareholding The Company hereby issues a correction to an announcement by the Company earlier today at 10.48am under RNS No 5742E notifying a purchase of 150,000 ordinary 5p shares of the Company ('Ordinary Shares') by Mr V F Timis, the Executive Chairman of the Company. In the first paragraph it now states that the date Mr V F Timis dealt was today, 28 October 2004 at a price of 332p and not 27 October 2004 at a price of 320p, as previously stated.
