("CAL-SAN"), one of B.C.'s largest blueberry producers.\nWith this sale, EnWave has proven that it can produce shelf-stable, "puffed"\nblueberries on a commercial scale over a full operating shift. CAL-SAN has now\ncompleted the purchase of this technology, and has entered into a licencing\nand royalty agreement with EnWave.\n\n\nThe terms of this agreement include a license providing EnWave with a\nroyalty of up to ten per cent of CAL-SAN's gross revenues from the sale of\ndried food products processed using the nutraREV(TM) technology. EnWave\nexpects that future sales of this equipment will range in price between\nUSD$800,000 and USD$1M. The agreement also provides a number of exclusivity\nprovisions for CAL-SAN in the North American dried blueberry market.
