(OTC Pink: TTIN) announces that effective today, it will trade under the new name Enviro-Serv, Inc. and the new ticker symbol EVSV.\n\n\nShareholders are not required to take any action in connection with the change of name; physical share certificates of Transfer Technology International Corp. will remain valid share certificates of Enviro-Serv, Inc. in full force and effect.\n\n\nThe changes emphasize Enviro-Serv's strategy to build market share by acquiring and developing highly profitable property maintenance companies that offer year round services and cross marketing opportunities. The Company has currently signed LOI's with two service companies and is working aggressively through the due diligence process.
