(OTC Pink: TTIN) announced today that it has signed a letter of intent to acquire Royalty Lawn & Landscaping, Inc., a Florida corporation that provides full service lawn care and landscaping services. \n\n\nRoyalty Lawn and Landscaping offers Residential and Commercial Design, Landscaping, Sod Installation, Irrigation and Monthly Maintenance Services in the Tampa Bay area. The Company has over 400 clients and has experienced an impressive annual growth rate of over 30% since inception. Upon a successful closing, Royalty Lawn and Landscaping, Inc. will become a wholly owned subsidiary of Transfer Technology International Corp.
