(OTC Pink: TTIN) announced today that it has signed a letter of intent to acquire Air Systems Group, a universally recognized Class \"A\" State of Florida certified air conditioning contractor. \n\n\nAir Systems Group (ASG) specializes in commercial refrigeration and air conditioning, providing superior customer achievements for all project sizes and needs.
