(OTC Pink: EVSV) announced today X-Terminate Pest Management Inc. in its efforts in becoming a new wholly owned subsidiary of Enviro-Serv has retained 45 year Pest Control veteran Gary Cole. The newly formed Florida Corporation is named X-Terminate Pest Management Inc. and will focus on Termite Control, General Pest Control (GHP) and Lawn and Ornamental (L&O) services. \n\n\n\nChris Trina, CEO states, \"As previously announced on April 9th, 2013 and most recently in my shareholder update letter, we were interviewing and working diligently in finding the proper fit for the last piece of the puzzle for the re-launch of X-Terminate.
