Announces Joint Venture on Fumigation Services for X-Terminate Pest Management Inc.\n \n TAMPA, FL--(Marketwired - Apr 4, 2014) - Enviro-Serv Inc. (ESI) (OTC: EVSV) today announces that a new joint venture has been agreed upon for the Company's subsidiary, X-Terminate Pest Management, Inc., which will increase their fumigation business revenues up to 1000%.\n EVSV Chairman and CEO, Chris Trina, states, \"We have worked diligently to effect a mutually beneficial deal with our new partner.
