(TSX:ETG; NYSE AMEX:EGI;\n Frankfurt:EKA - "Entrée" or the "Company") is pleased to announce that\n it has appointed Bruce Colwill, C.A. as its Chief Financial Officer\n effective February 1, 2011. \n\n\n"We welcome Bruce to Entrée, and look forward to a long and productive\n relationship with him," commented Greg Crowe, Entrée's President &\n CEO.  "Bruce will be an integral part of our executive team as we\n advance our current projects and seek to grow the Company in the\n future."\n\n\nMr. Colwill has over 20 years of experience with public and private\n companies, in a variety of sectors including oil and gas, biotech,\n financial services and manufacturing.  Most recently, Mr. Colwill\n served as Chief Financial Officer of Transeuro Energy Corp., a public\n oil and gas company.  Between 2001 and 2009, Mr. Colwill served as\n Chief Financial Officer of Neuromed Pharmaceuticals Ltd.  Mr. Colwill\n began his career with KPMG, first in Canada and then in Poland.\n\n\nHamish Malkin will step down from the position of CFO effective January\n 31, 2011, although he will continue to provide consulting services\n during a transition period.
