(TSX:ETG; NYSE Amex:EGI;\n Frankfurt:EKA - "Entrée" or the "Company") is pleased to announce the\n addition of Mr. Alan Edwards to its Board of Directors. \n\n\nMr. Edwards has 28 years of diverse mining industry experience.  He is a\n graduate of the University of Arizona, where he obtained a Bachelor of\n Science Degree in Mining Engineering and an MBA (Finance).  Mr. Edwards\n is currently the President and Chief Executive Officer of Copper One\n Inc. (TSXV: CUO), a Vancouver based exploration company with projects\n in Val d'Or Quebec, Arizona and New Mexico.  He previously served as\n President and Chief Executive Officer of Frontera Copper Corporation,\n and Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Apex Silver\n Mines Corporation, where he directed the engineering, construction and\n development of the San Cristobal project in Bolivia.  Mr. Edwards has\n also worked for Kinross Gold Corporation, P.T.
