Entertainment Arts Research Inc. (EARI) is pleased to announce it has finalized terms and financing to acquire GoLoyal Inc.  The close date is set for July 10 with the finalization of the audits to be completed in mid August.  The acquisition will accelerate EARI’s growth in informational technology  and allow expansion of their web design business.
