(the\n“Company” or “Enterra”) announced today that, pursuant to the unwinding of the acquisition\nof VinCompass, a California corporation (“VinCompass”) as reported on November\n4, 2015, the Company filed a corporate action to change its name and ticker\nsymbol. FINRA approved the Company’s name change from VinCompass Corp. back to\nEnterra Corporation and the Company’s ticker symbol change from “VNCO” to “ETER”\non November 12, 2015. These corporate actions took effect on the open of\nbusiness on November 13, 2015. A copy of the amended Articles of Incorporation\nwas filed with OTC Markets on November 16, 2015.
