[{"type":"text","content":"\n\n30 November 2023\n \nEntain plc\n(\"Entain\" or the \"Group\")\n \nStatement regarding KSA decisions\n \n \nEntain plc (LSE: ENT), the global sports betting and gaming group, notes the disclosure of decisions by the Netherlands Gambling Authority (Kansspelautoriteit; \"KSA\") investigation into Betent B.V. (BetCity).\n \nThe investigation relates to BetCity activities in the period December 2022 to February 2023 based on instructions previously issued by the KSA to BetCity in September 2022 (the \"September 2022 Instructions\").
