[{"type":"text","content":"\n\n21 August 2023\n \n \nEntain plc\n(\"Entain\" or the \"Group\")\n \nEntain announces result of tender offer to shareholders of STS Holdings\nOn 7 July 2023, Entain plc (LSE: ENT), the global sports betting, gaming and interactive entertainment group, announced (Link) a tender offer (the \"Offer\") by Entain Holdings (CEE) Ltd to acquire STS Holding S.A.
