[{"type":"text","content":"\n\n15 May 2025\n \nEntain plc\n(\"Entain\", the \"Company\")\n \nBoard Appointments\n \n \nEntain plc (LSE: ENT), the global sports betting and gaming group, announces the following appointments with immediate effect:\n \n· Michael Goldberg1 as an Independent Non-Executive Director and member of the Capital Allocation Committee; and\n· Edmond Mesrobian2 as an Independent Non-Executive Director and member of the Sustainability & Compliance Committee. \n \nPierre Bouchut, Interim Chair of Entain, said: \"On behalf of the Board, I am delighted to welcome Michael and Edmond to Entain. Michael is a high calibre individual with deep knowledge of the sports and gaming industry as well as having a proven track record in investment management and creating shareholder value. Edmond brings extensive product and technology experience, particularly in executing transformational strategies, driving growth and innovation. I am confident that their appointments will add significant value to the Board, complementing our existing dynamics and further enhancing the Board's ability to deliver growth and the execution of our strategy.\"\n \nThe Board has determined that Michael Goldberg and Edmond Mesrobian are independent.
