[{"type":"text","content":"\n \nRNS Number : 5888R GVC Holdings PLC 22 September 2017 \n\n22 September 2017\n \nGVC Holdings PLC \n \n(\"GVC\" or the \"Company\")\n \nBlocklisting application and return\n \n \nAn application has been made to the UK Listing Authority and to the London Stock Exchange for the blocklisting of 10,083,038 new ordinary shares of €0.01 each in the Company (\"Shares\"), in order to satisfy the regular issue of Shares from time to time under the Company's following share option plans:\n \n· 2010 Long Term Incentive Plan\n \n· 2015 Long Term Incentive Plan\n \n· 2016 Management Incentive Plan\n \n(together the \"Plans\")\nThe Shares will, when issued, rank pari passu with the existing ordinary shares of the Company. Admission is expected to occur on 26 September 2017.
