The Board of Directors of Ensurge Micropower ASA (the "Company") has today resolved to grant a total of 10,390,000 incentive subscription rights to certain employees in the Ensurge group. The grant was made under the Company's 2025 incentive subscription rights plan (the “2025 SR-Plan”), as approved at the Extraordinary General Meeting held in the Company on 8 August 2025.
