In addition to \n providing consulting services, Ophir searches out strategic investment \n opportunities within the mining industry. Pursuant to the agreement, \n Ophir provided $135,000 project capital in exchange for a royalty on \n gold production. The JV project, which is referred to as Bonu1, consists \n of 12 Banu mining claims near the Issano creek on the Mazaruni river. \n With the capital provided by Ophir, the Company completed excavator \n repairs that were necessary to get Banu 1 into production.\n \n \n Clint Mishleau, the Company’s CEO, stated, “With repairs now complete on \n the excavator, pilot plant mining operations has commenced with a \n fourteen-member mining crew. Banu 1, which consists of 324 acres, \n emerged as a very interesting property as we conducted prospecting in \n the area. Our research was supplemented with interviews and historical \n information. With commencement of our Banu 1 pilot plant, Ensurge will \n be able to develop the site plan for expanded operations in the first \n quarter of 2016.”\n \n \n Banu 1 is one of two exploratory pilot land operations in the Mazaruni \n river region of Guyana.
