[{"type":"text","content":"\n\n18 March 2024\nEnSilica plc\n(\"EnSilica\", the \"Company\" or the \"Group\")\n \nResult of General Meeting\nand\n Total Voting Rights\n \nEnSilica, a leading chip maker of mixed signal ASICs (Application Specific Integrated Circuits), announces that at the general meeting of the Company held earlier today, all resolutions were duly passed. The results of the proxy voting will be available on the Company's website in due course.\n \nAs a result of resolutions being passed today, the Placing announced on 27 February 2024 can now proceed and it is expected that Admission will become effective and dealings in the Placing Shares will commence on AIM at 8.00 a.m. on 20 March 2024.\n \nTotal Voting Rights\n \nUpon Admission, the Company's issued share capital will consist of 85,005,158 ordinary shares of 0.1p (\"Ordinary Shares\") with one voting right each. The Company does not hold any Ordinary Shares in treasury. Therefore, the total number of Ordinary Shares and voting rights in the Company will be 85,005,158.
