[{"type":"text","content":"\n\n\nCALGARY, Nov. 7, 2013 /CNW/ - Ensign Energy Services Inc. announces the\n declaration of a 6.8% increase in its regular quarterly dividend to\n $0.1175 (eleven and three quarter cents) per Common Share.\n\n\nThe Board of Directors of Ensign has declared the dividend of $0.1175\n per Common Share to be payable on January 6, 2014 to all Common\n Shareholders of record as of December 20, 2013. The dividend payment is\n pursuant to the quarterly dividend policy adopted by the Company.\n\n\nThe total dividends declared by Ensign for its 2013 fiscal year amount\n to $0.4475 per Common Share, a 5.3% increase over the total dividends\n of $0.425 per Common Share declared for the 2012 fiscal year. Ensign\n has increased the cumulative amount of dividends declared in each\n fiscal year since the Company began paying a dividend in September,\n 1995.\n\n\nPursuant to subsection 89(1) of the Canadian Income Tax Act (\"ITA\"), the\n dividend being paid is designated as an \"eligible dividend\", as defined\n in subsection 89(1) of the ITA.\n\n\nEnsign Energy Services Inc. is an international oilfield services\n contractor based in Calgary, Alberta.
