Extendable PIK Toggle Notes originally due 15 February 2022, as extended to 15 April 2022 (the \"Existing Notes\")) under the Company's £500,000,000 Euro Medium Term Note Programme, as supplemented by a Supplementary Listing Document dated 22 September 2017.\n \nThe Listing Document and Supplementary Listing Document have been filed with the UK Listing Authority.
