EnQuest signs Cendramas PSC in Peninsular Malaysia

EnQuest PLC, an independent oil and gas production and development company listed on the London Stock Exchange, is pleased to announce that its wholly-owned affiliate, EnQuest Petroleum Production Malaysia Ltd ('EnQuest'), has signed the Cendramas Production Sharing Contract ('PSC') in partnership with Medco Asia Pacific Limited ('Medco') and DIALOG Resources Sdn Bhd ('DIALOG') by Petroliam Nasional Berhad (PETRONAS) ('PETRONAS') through Malaysia Petroleum Management (MPM).  

Under the terms of the Joint Operating Agreement and the Cendramas PSC, EnQuest will hold a participating interest of 25.0% in the PSC, alongside DIALOG (25.0%) and Medco (50.0% and operator), effective from 23 September 2026.
