[{"type":"text","content":"\n\nEnQuest PLC\n24 November 2023\n \nApplication for Block Listing\n \nEnQuest PLC (the \"Company\") has today made applications to the Financial Conduct Authority (\"FCA\") and the London Stock Exchange (\"LSE\") for 30,000,000 ordinary shares of 5p each (the \"New Shares\") to be admitted to the Official List of the FCA and admitted to trading on the premium segment of the LSE's main market for listed securities. Admission is expected to take place on 27 November 2023.\n \nThe New Shares are being reserved under a block listing and may be issued when required to satisfy the exercise of options and awards made to employees and Executive Directors of EnQuest PLC pursuant to certain of the Company's existing share schemes and share plans (2020 SAYE and outstanding PSP Nil Cost Options).\n \nThe subscription costs for the New Shares will be funded by way of a loan from the Company to the Company's Employee Benefit Trust.
