PLEASE SEE THE IMPORTANT NOTICE AT THE END OF THIS ANNOUNCEMENT.\n \n \n \n \n \n \n 26 July 2021\n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n EnQuest PLC\n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n Admission of New Shares\n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n EnQuest PLC (\"EnQuest\", or the \"Company\") today announces that, pursuant to the \n Firm Placing and Placing and Open Offer (the \"Capital Raising\") announced on \n 30 June 2021, 190,122,384 New Ordinary Shares will be admitted to listing on the premium segment of the Official List of the FCA and will be admitted to trading on the London Stock Exchange's main market for listed securities at 8.00 a.m. today.
