The Company intends to grant the underwriter an option for a period of 45 days to purchase up to an additional 15 percent of the number of Shares to be issued and sold in the public offering solely to cover over-allotments, if any.\n The Company intends to use the net proceeds received from the offering of the Shares for clinical, regulatory, manufacturing and research and development activities, potential acquisitions and in-licensing, and other general corporate purposes.
