Energy Fuels Inc. (NYSE American: UUUU) (TSX: EFR), a leading U.S. producer of uranium, rare earth elements and other critical minerals, is pleased to announce that, effective August 4, 2025, Mr. Ross R. Bhappu will become the President of Energy Fuels Inc. (the "Company") while Mr. Mark S. Chalmers, who is currently the President and Chief Executive Officer and a Director of the Company, will continue in his role as CEO and Director. This action is being completed in accordance with the Company
