(OTC pink:ENLB), an energy & environmental laboratory company, announced today that it has signed an Asset Purchase Agreement to acquire a 2nd testing laboratory for $3,400,000.00. Subject to financing, closing is anticipated within the next 90 days. \n\n\nThis laboratory, headquartered in Oklahoma, is a full service environmental testing lab with offices in Oklahoma City, OK and Dallas, TX. Their management has over 50 years of experience as laboratory analysts and managers. The lab opened in 2000 with a focus on providing environmental consulting/engineering, governmental, and industrial clients with reliable and comprehensive organic and inorganic analysis of water, soil, and waste characterization.
