(\"EES\" or the \"Company\") (OTC: EESE) is pleased to announce the formation of a new company named Vortex Oilfield Products, LLC that will specialize in the marketing and distribution of pump barrels coated with the Company's anti-corrosive Enduro-Bond® coating.\n\nThe pump barrel is the metal cylinder in which the plunger of a sucker rod reciprocates and is an integral part of most downhole pump systems used in oil & gas wells.  Enduro-Bond Manufacturing Company, a wholly owned subsidiary of EES, will receive payment for the coating of the pump barrels and EES will participate in 50% of the pump barrels sales revenue through its ownership in Vortex Oilfield Products, LLC.\n\n\"The pump barrel market has long been dominated by chrome steel components with marginal competition,\" said Leon Joyce, Chief Executive Officer. \"We're eager to introduce the new Vortex pump barrel coated with Enduro-Bond® that will perform superior to chrome steel for lower cost to the customer.\"\n\n\"I'm excited about the opportunity to provide a product that is lower cost and provides superior service to the oil and gas producer,\" said Mark Day managing member of Vortex Oilfield Products, LLC.\n\nFurther announcements will be forthcoming.\n\nAbout EES\n\nEnergy and Environmental Services, Inc.
