Energean plc (LSE: ENOG, TASE: אנאג) today announces that, following the admission to trading on 23 March 2026 of 435,000 new Ordinary Shares of 1p, each allotted pursuant to the Company's block listing under the Company's Long Term Incentive Plan and Deferred Bonus Plan, the following information is disclosed in accordance with PRM 1.6.4R of the Public Offers and Admissions to Trading Regulations 2024.

Total Voting Rights

In accordance with Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rule 5.6.1, the Company further announces that as at 31 March 2026:

i.      the Company's issued share capital consists of 184,715,959 Ordinary Shares of 1p each with voting rights;

ii.     the Company does not hold any shares in Treasury; and

iii.  accordingly, the total number of voting rights in the Company is 184,715,959 and this figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules of the FCA.
