Prior to this he was a Vice President with Deloitte & Touche LLP\n Corporate Finance and BNP Paribas Corporate Finance, in Canada and the\n U.K. respectively, where he advised on public and private company\n mergers and acquisitions and equity transactions. Prior to BNP Paribas,\n Mr. Milau held roles in the assurance practices of\n PricewaterhouseCoopers in Switzerland and Deloitte & Touche LLP in\n Vancouver.\n\n\nBill Koutsouras has advised Endeavour that his decision to resign as CFO\n will be effective March 31, 2011.
