(?Encounter?) will also host a webinar on\nSeptember 21, 2013 at 12:00PM EST to answer questions from existing and\nprospective shareholders. \n\nThomas Hargis, former CEO of\nEncounter Technologies has resigned as CEO of Encounter effective June 5, 2013,\nand appointed Patrick Sean Guy II as new CEO and Carrie Cosner as CFO. In\naddition, Alice Guy has been appointed as Vice-President. This team also comprises the current Board of\nDirectors. The Encounter team includes a\ndiverse group of business executives from several industries including marketing,\nweb development, online commerce, internet technology, marketing, real estate,\ncommercial construction, antiques, optical, and performance cycling retail\noperations.
