Grande, the Chairman,\nPresident, and CEO of Electronic Merchant Systems Rochester, Inc., a New York\ncorporation (\"EMS\"), and Randolph S. Hudson, the Managing\nAdministrative Trustee of First Hudson Trust of New York, a Massachusetts trust\nformed and operating under the laws of the State of Oklahoma (\"First\nHudson\"), are pleased to announce the acquisition of another publicly\ntraded company that will fall under the aegis of their holding company.  The name of the company is Central Wireless,\nInc., a Utah corporation, and its securities are quoted over-the-counter under\nthe symbol \"CWIR\".    Mr. Grande, Mr. Hudson, and Kenneth W.\nBrand, Central's Chairman, President, and CEO, agreed to the definitive terms of\nthe transaction this morning.  Mr. Brand said,\n\"My interest to enter into the transaction with Mike [Grande] and Randy\n[Hudson] is so that my shareholders can benefit from the development of Central\nin the near-term and long-term.\" \nWhile Mr. Brand did not receive any cash by his transfer of Central's\ncontrol stock to EMS and First Hudson, Mr. Brand will receive shares in each of\nEMS's and First Hudson's other publicly traded companies.  Mr. Hudson said, \"Mr. Brand's principal\ninterest and concern was for that of Central's shareholders and the benefits they\ncould derive from the deal with Mike and I.\".    EMS and First Hudson will develop Central\nto become a manufacturer, packager, and dispenser of medical marijuana in those\nstates where the manufacture and sale of marijuana is permitted under those state's\nlaws.    \"Clearly, Mike [Grande] and I have to\nposition Central for its entry into this field of enterprise.  We must notify OTC, FINRA, and the SEC,\nrespectively, in addition to obtaining the licenses that will be necessary to\noperate in this field of business from various states' regulators.  Moreover, the legislative bodies in some of\nthe states we intend to do business are only now in the process of enacting laws\nto permit the company to enter into this business.  Mike and I expect the [regulatory] administrative\norganization of Central to be completed by the end of April [2014], which will\nallow us to actually undertake the company...
