Morzenti, P.E., P.G.\nMr. Morzenti is an acknowledged expert in uranium geology, production and processing with over 35 years of progressive experience in project management, operations, technical management, permitting and regulatory compliance. Mr. Morzenti has extensive experience with ISL operations and was instrumental in the exploration, development, permitting and operations of the Highland Uranium Project which was completed on time and under budget and exceeded production expectations.\nMr. Morzenti is the President and Chief Operating Officer of GasTech Inc. and Wold Nuclear Company since 2000. He served as Chief Technical Advisor for Energy Metals Corporation from 2004 to 2007. Previous to this he served from 1989 to 1997 with Power Resources Inc. in a variety of senior management roles including Vice President of Operations and Development and Resident Manager of the Highland Uranium Project.
