Sheriff\n\nMr. Sheriff co-founded and served as Director and Chairman of Energy Metals Corporation, formerly a public uranium company listed on the NYSE Arca and the TSX which was acquired by Uranium One for $1.8 billion in 2007. Mr. Sheriff was also co-founder of Quincy Energy Corp.\nAs the founder and past-President of Platoro West Inc., a private company, he was widely acknowledged to be a leading precious metals prospect developer in the Western United States; in addition he amassed the largest uranium resource package ever in the United States.
