(\"Encanto\" or the\n \"Company\") (TSXV: EPO and OTCQX: ENCTF) announced today that its Board\n of Directors has approved an advance notice policy (the \"Advance Notice\n Policy\") effective September 20, 2013.  The Company intends to seek\n ratification of the Advance Notice Policy by the shareholders of the\n Company at the Company's next general meeting of shareholders.\n\n\nThe Advance Notice Policy includes, among other things, a provision that\n requires advance notice be given to the Company in circumstances where\n nominations of persons for election to the Board are made by\n shareholders of the Company other than pursuant to either a requisition\n of a meeting made pursuant to the provisions of the Business\n Corporations Act (British Columbia) (the \"Act\") or a shareholder\n proposal made pursuant to the provisions of the Act.\n\n\nThe Advance Notice Policy sets a deadline by which shareholders must\n submit nominations (a \"Notice\") for the election of directors to the\n Company prior to any annual or special meeting of shareholders, sets\n forth the information that a shareholder must include in the Notice to\n the Company, and establishes the form in which the shareholder must\n submit the Notice for that notice to be in proper written form.\n\n\nIn the case of an annual meeting of shareholders, a Notice must be\n provided to the Company not less than 30 days and not more than 65 days\n prior to the date of the annual meeting.
