(\"Encanto\" or the\n \"Company\") (TSXV: EPO and OTCQX: ENCTF) is pleased to announce that the\n Muskowekwan Project resource has improved as a result of the\n recalculation of the geologic data. This resource now includes the data\n obtained from the latest 3D seismic program along with the results of\n the previous 3D seismic program and drill holes.\n\n\nThe latest 3D seismic program was completed in late December, 2012 and\n the data sent to RPS Boyd PetroSearch of Calgary, Alberta for seismic\n interpretation. Those results were forwarded to North Rim Consulting of\n Saskatoon in order to calculate the new resource.\n\n\nThe latest reserve/resource breakdown is as follows:\n\n\nSolution Mining Resource Summary (Proven and Probable Reserves)\n\n\nReserves used in PFS\n\n\nCategory\n\n\nKCI Reserves (MMT)\n\n\nTotal Proven Reserves\n\n\n34.23\n\n\n34.23\n\n\nTotal Probable Reserves\n\n\n127.74\n\n\n127.74\n\n\nProven and Probable Reserves\n\n\n161.97\n\n\n161.97\n\n\n\n\nSolution Mining Resource Summary (Measured and Indicated)\n\n\nResource used in PFS\n\n\nCategory\n\n\nKCI Resources (MMT)\n\n\nTotal Measured\n\n\n  4.84\n\n\n0.0\n\n\nTotal Indicated\n\n\n30.56\n\n\n31.31\n\n\nTotal Proven, Probable, Measured and Indicated\n\n\n197.37\n\n\n193.28\n\n\n\nSolution Mining Resource Summary (Inferred)\n\n\nResource used in PFS\n\n\nTotal inferred\n\n\n165.80\n\n\n158.69\n\n\n\n\n\nThis reassessed resource continues to add technical confidence to the\n Muskowekwan Project reserve/resource and the additional 3D data will\n allow the mine plan to be finalized in the Feasibility Study.  This\n should result in more resource to be converted into Reserves upon\n issuance of the Feasibility Study currently underway.\n\n\n\"The Muskowekwan Project's proven, probable reserves, combined with our\n measured and indicated resources could support a mine life in excess of\n 70 years, assuming an annual production of 2.8 million tonnes per\n year.  The merit of putting this project into production keeps getting\n stronger with each milestone\" stated Encanto CEO and President, Jim\n Walchuck.\n\n\nCreep and Dissolution Testing\n\n\nLaboratory creep testing of sylvinite and halite was completed by two\n independent laboratories as part...
