(the "Company") is\npleased to announce that it has closed its acquisition of Encanto Potash Corp.\nThe Company will change its name to "Encanto Potash Corp."and commence trading\nunder this new name on Wednesday, July 15, 2009, with the ticker symbol "EPO".\n\n\nAs a result of the amalgamation, the Company now has issued and\noutstanding 114,097,834 shares, and the fully diluted share capital is\n143,692,324 shares. An aggregate 20,200,001 shares are subject to a Value\nSecurity Escrow Agreement.\n\n\nIn conjunction with the closing, Mr. Robert McMorran has been appointed\nas the Chief Financial Officer of the Company and Mr. Ross Moulton has been\nappointed as the Vice President, Exploration.\n\n\nMr. McMorran is a chartered accountant and has over 20 years experience\nin dealing with financial reporting and the administration of public\ncompanies.
