(TSX: ENB) (NYSE: ENB) (\"Enbridge\" or the \"Company\") announced today the closing of its acquisition of Public Service Company of\n \n North Carolina\n \n , Incorporated (\"PSNC\") from Dominion Energy, Inc. (\"Dominion Energy\"). The PSNC gas utility will be doing business in\n \n North Carolina\n \n as Enbridge Gas North Carolina and will join Enbridge's Gas Distribution and Storage Business Unit. This marks the successful completion of the strategic acquisition of three U.S. based gas utilities first announced in\n \n September 2023\n \n .\n \n\n PSNC is a premier single-state regulated gas utility in\n \n North Carolina\n \n serving over 600,000 customers in service territories supported by strong economic growth in cities such as\n \n Raleigh\n \n ,\n \n Durham\n \n ,\n \n Gastonia\n \n , and\n \n Asheville\n \n .
