Empyrean believes that this is a\npositive development and an appropriate use of the technology available.\nEmpyrean also wishes to confirm that the proposed TCEI JV Block A-II well is in\nfact the third well in the recently announced sixteen wells program in which\nEmpyrean has a 7.5% working interest.\n\nEmpyrean has been informed that preparations are under way for the spudding of\nthe TCEI JV Block A-II well.
