[{"type":"text","content":"\n RNS Number : 7742N Empyrean Energy PLC 17 June 2010 \n \n\n17th June 2010\n \n \nEmpyrean Energy PLC\n('Empyrean' or the 'Company', (EME))\n \nHercules Prospect, onshore Texas, USA.\n \n \nBP AMERICA A-740 #1 WELL UPDATE\n \nEmpyrean Energy Plc has been advised by the operator, Krescent Energy Company LLC (\"Krescent\"), that permitting and \"right of way\" negotiations with the appropriate landowners in respect of the pipeline required to be connected to the BP America A-740 well to the nearby sales pipeline are now complete.\n \nConstruction is due to commence imminently to lay the required 4km (approx) of pipeline.
