[{"type":"text","content":"\n \n \n \n RNS Number : 8859I\n Empyrean Energy PLC\n 21 April 2022\n \n \n \n \n Empyrean Energy Plc / Index: AIM / Epic: EME / Sector: Oil & Gas\n \n \n \n \n \n Empyrean Energy plc\n \n \n \n \n \n Exercise of Warrants \n \n \n \n \n \n 21 April 2022\n \n \n \n \n \n Empyrean Energy (\"Empyrean\" or the \"Company\"), the oil and gas development company with interests in China, Indonesia and the United States, advises that it has received a notice to exercise warrants (exercise price 9p per Warrant) over a total of 850,000 Ordinary Shares (the \"Warrant Shares\"), for which funds of \n £\n 76,500 have been received by the Company.\n \n \n \n \n \n Application will be made for the admission of the Warrant Shares to trading on AIM (\"Admission\"). Admission is expected to take place on or around 27 April 2022. The Warrant Shares will rank pari passu with the existing ordinary shares on issue. \n \n \n \n \n \n Following Admission, the Company's enlarged issued share capital will comprise 666,681,891 ordinary shares of 0.2p each (the \"Shares\"), each with voting rights.
