Application will be made for these shares to be admitted to AIM, and trading is expected to commence on 22 March 2010. The shares will rank pari passu with the existing ordinary shares of 0.02p each (\"Ordinary Shares\") in the Company.\n \nCorniche Hotels Limited, a company of which Mr John Laycock, Finance Director is a beneficiary, has today exercised options in respect of 100,000 shares at a price of £0.04 per share and as a result, Mr. Laycock now has an interest in 200,000 Ordinary Shares representing approximately 0.16 % of the Total Voting Rights. \n \nDr Patrick Cross, Chairman has today exercised options in respect of 200,000 shares at a price of £0.04 per share and as a result, Dr Cross has an interest in 540,000 Ordinary Shares representing approximately 0.44 % of the Total Voting Rights.\n \nFollowing the transactions, Empyrean's total issued and voting share capital will comprise 122,224,460 Ordinary Shares.
