[{"type":"text","content":"\n \nRNS Number : 4455K Empresaria Group PLC 13 December 2018 \n\n13 December 2018\n \nEmpresaria Group plc (\"Empresaria\" or the \"Company\")\n \nAwards pursuant to the Company's Long Term Incentive Plan (\"LTIP\")\n \nEmpresaria, the international specialist staffing group, announces that on 13 December 2018 the Remuneration Committee of the Company granted awards in the form of nil cost share options (\"Awards\"), pursuant to the Company's LTIP, to the following senior executive of the Company over 227,108 ordinary shares of 5 pence each in the Company (\"Ordinary Shares\"), as follows:\n \n\n\n\nName\n\n\nPosition\n\n\nNumber of Ordinary Shares under Award\n\n\n\n\nRhona Driggs\n\n\nChief Operating Officer\n\n\n227,108\n\n\n\n \nThe Awards, made on the same terms as those announced on 28 August 2018, are based on a share price of £0.86 per Ordinary Share, being the average quoted closing mid market price of the Company's Ordinary Share on the five trading days from 15 March 2018 to 21 March 2018.
