[{"type":"text","content":"\n Empresaria Group PLC\n07 December 2005\n\n Empresaria Group plc\n\n\n\n Investment in staffing company in China\n\n\n\n\n\nEmpresaria Group plc ('Empresaria' or 'the Group') is pleased to announce that\nit has today invested in Aston HR Consulting Ltd ('Aston HR') a UK start up\ncompany which will itself enter into a joint venture with an established\nShanghai based HR consulting and staffing company.\n\n\n\nEmpresaria has agreed to invest £250,000 by way of equity and loan into Aston HR\nConsulting Ltd ('Aston HR'), a new UK company in order to acquire a 49% interest\nin Tian Yun Human Resources Co. Ltd an established Shanghai based staffing\ncompany which will operate under the Aston HR brand. Empresaria is co-investing\nwith the new management team of the Chinese company to contribute a total\ncollective investment of £300,000.\n\n\n\nThe Aston HR management team is led by Juliet Newett, who was born and raised in\nShanghai before gaining over eight years financial services recruitment\nexperience in London. The company will focus initially on supporting the\ninternational business community operating in China with particular initial\nfocus on financial services and IT sectors.\n\n\n\nMiles Hunt, Chief Executive of Empresaria commented: 'The investment in Aston\nHR represents a further step along the path towards creating a balanced,\ninternational specialist staffing group.
