Further to the announcement made on 12 September 2017, Tim will take over from Spencer Wreford, who will continue in his role as Chief Operating Officer. \n \nTim has over 15 years' experience working for listed and private equity backed businesses. Tim joins Empresaria from Cell Medica, a leading cellular immunotherapy company, where he was Group Finance Director. Prior to this Tim has held finance positions in three FTSE 100 businesses, most recently having spent six years at Intu Properties plc, the UK's leading owner and manager of prime regional shopping centres, where he was Head of Financial Reporting and Control. \n \nJoost Kreulen, Chief Executive of Empresaria, said:\n\"I am looking forward to welcoming Tim to Empresaria where he will bring valuable knowledge and experience, helping us to continue to deliver on our strategy.
