Kindly be informed, that in according with the Company''s Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading and also pursuant to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the "Trading Window" for trading/dealing in the securities of the company for all the Directors, Promoters and Promoter Group, Key Managerial Personnel, Designated Persons and their immediate relatives will be closed from April 01, 2025. The Trading window will reopen 48 hours after the declaration of Audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results for the quarter and year ending on March 31, 2025.
