(www.gforceconsulting.com), which he began in 2005, Mr. Gustafson has led product development and provided his business insight to numerous leading drive train and OEM brands, including Borg-Warner, Stealth 4X4, and Symtec.  His team led the initial development for the electric 4X4 sales-leading \"Bag Boy BuggyXT.\"  He also was the lead consultant on the recent acquisition of electronics supplier Symtec--maker of \"Heat Demons\" powersports products.  Mr. Gustafson is also a member of the Society of Automotive Engineers, of the Professional Outdoor Writers Association, and has contributed as a powersports journalist and commentator to dozens of trade and consumer-oriented publications.Prior to his establishing his own consulting firm, Mr. Gustafson's career included two of the pre-eminent companies in the powersports field.  He was employeed as Group Leader for Electrical Engineering at Arctic Cat, and as Engineering Project Leader at Polaris Industries, Inc.  While at Polaris, he earned two United States patents, and was responsible for full electrical system development on the industry-leading Ranger UTV and Sportsman ATV product lines.  According to Mr. Lancellotti: \"It is this broad expertise in so many of the critical areas of vehicle and business innovation  that makes Gary an important addition to our team a...
