All resolutions proposed\nwere passed. Included in the resolutions passed were the election of six\ndirectors to the Board including two new independent members. The Board of\nDirectors elected for the coming year are: Sargent H. Berner, John King Burns,\nRobin A. W. Elliott, Joel D. Schneyer, William J. Witte and Kenneth R.\nYurichuk. Mr. Elliott and Mr. Yurichuk are newly elected members to the\nCompany's Board of Directors. We wish to thank Mr. Frank A. Lang and Mr. Ross\nGuenther for their many years of dedication and commitment to the Company as\nthey step down as members of the Board of Directors.\nFollowing the completion of the formal proceedings of the meeting, a\npresentation was given outlining the activities of the past fiscal year and\nthe outlook for the coming year. These include further exploration, permitting\nand feasibility work on the Idaho-Maryland Mine in Grass Valley, California\nand the commercialization of the Ceramext(TM) technology which produces high\nquality ceramic building materials from a wide range of waste materials. Mr. Yurichuk is a Chartered Accountant and senior partner\nin the public accounting firm Bobot & Yurichuk LLP, Chartered Accountants,\nToronto. Mr. Yurichuk has been in public practice for over 30 years and has\nserved as both director and officer of private and publicly-traded\ncorporations involved in a wide range of businesses including mining, real\nestate development, investment and manufacturing. In addition Mr. Yurichuk is\na director of Mavrix Fund Management Inc. and served as a director and officer\nof the General Partners for several Contrarian Resource Fund Limited\nPartnerships and Mavrix Fund Limited Partnerships.
