As a result, the number of Directors was set at five with the following nominees elected as Directors: David Watkinson, Robert Rosner, Andrew MacRitchie, Vincent Garibaldi, and Julien Davy. MNP LLP, Chartered Professional Accountants were re-appointed as the auditor of the Company.
