"The NEB report outlines a number of conditions for the\nproject, and we will spend some time reviewing these in detail."\n\n\nThe NEB decision is now subject to approval of the Governor in Council.\nShould that be received, the NEB will issue a certificate of public\nconvenience and necessity, which will be subject to the conditions set out in\ntoday's NEB Reasons for Decision document.\n\n\n"Brunswick Pipeline remains committed to an ongoing program of\nstakeholder engagement, and appreciates the views expressed by interveners\nthroughout the public hearing process"," said McAdam.\n\n\nBrunswick Pipeline will deliver natural gas from the Canaport(TM)\nLiquefied Natural Gas (LNG) receiving and re-gasification terminal near Saint\nJohn, New Brunswick to markets in Canada and the US northeast. The\n145 kilometer pipeline would extend through southwest New Brunswick to an\ninterconnection with the Maritimes and Northeast Pipeline at the Canada/US\nborder near St. Stephen, NB.
